RENT PAYMENT FAQ​
When is rent due?
Rent is always due on the 1st of the month. We do provide a 5 day grace period on payment. If rent is received after the 6th of the month, the tenant shall pay a late fee of $25.
Where do I pay my rent?
Rent payments must be paid by accessing your individual portal via Appfolio. Unfortunately, we do not offer payments to be dropped off via check or cash. Contact our office to set up a personal checking/savings through a local bank.

Hungry? We have you covered! We have a vending machine located on our first floor. Furthermore, HMart in the office has all of the essentials such as toielt paper, Tide Pods, Dish soap and more.
We have a wireless printer set up in the office for tenants. That way you don't have to go all the way to campus and pay to print!
